Another royal giant, Volkmar the Grimm, would begin in the southern regions in a settlement called Südenberg. While some are obvious, with Emperor Karl Franz calling the ever-imperial capital of Eldorf home, some choices should make for more varied and interesting expeditions. As per the latest blog (opens in new tab), we know from where some of those masters will start their war for supremacy. This would be needed, as it should have room for about 100 more starting factions (Mortal Kingdoms had 183, Immortal Kingdoms would have about 278, subject to change during the beta), and 12 more Legendary Lords. It had a beta version of the map (opens in new tab), which would be the largest of any Total War, almost twice the size of Warhammer 2’s Mortal Empire map. As the release of Immortal Empires for Total War: Warhammer 3 draws to a close, the Creative Assembly is slowly revealing more details about the free-DLC campaign that features an epic free-all war for supremacy.
